A Chartered Tax Adviser with 12 years of experience advising clients on taxation matters. In 2004 Stephen joined the real estate and property development division at BDO, before moving to Ernst & Young as a Director in 2009 where he specialised in advising funds, ranging from private equity through to IHT funds. Stephen is a managing partner of Mariana and is the Compliance Officer & MLRO. He also runs the firm's tax department, providing tax services to the firm's clients. He advises a number of businesses on tax efficient structures to raise investment such as SEIS and EIS.
